My Godfather.
My godfather, a man so wise and true,
A mentor and guide, his love shines through.
A shoulder to lean on, in times of need,
With a kind heart, his generosity exceeds.
He’s always there, with a word of advice,
A laughter so warm, it warms up the ice.
A listener so patient, with an ear so kind,
His wisdom so vast, it opens up the mind.
His love is unconditional, and free from all bounds,
A bond so strong, it can never be broken or found.
A family in spirit, our bond will never fade,
With him by my side, I’ll never feel afraid.
And as I grow older, and venture out on my own,
I’ll carry his teachings, wherever I may roam.
His guidance and wisdom, a compass for my life,
A shining beacon, through every trial and strife.
His love will always be with me, it’s a constant flame,
A guiding light, through the joys and the pain.
With memories so precious, and lessons learned so well,
My godfather will forever, be a story I’ll tell.
So here’s to my godfather, a legend in my heart,
A bond so strong, it will never fall apart.
A symbol of love, and a shining example too,
